Refund policy

New Concepts Hair Goods does not offer refunds on returned merchandise. We only offer replacements or credit towards your next purchase. Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt for damage or defect; if found in such condition, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days, the purchase becomes the responsibility of the retailer.
Items must be returned in their original condition with the original tags, box and packaging intact. There will be a 20% re-stock fee on all merchandise not returned in original packaging.
Some sale and promotional items are not returnable and non refundable. Check invoice for details. Any pieces that has been cut, colored, permed or otherwise altered in any way is non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom orders are final sale.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

Custom Orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit before they will be sent to the factory.

Changes made to the original custom order must be emailed, mailed or faxed to New Concepts Hair Goods within 5-7 days of receiving your pink confirmation sheet. After that 7-day period; New Concepts is not responsible for changes not received in the allotted time and will be subjected to an additional charge. All changes must be made directly to the pink confirmation sheet and emailed, mailed or faxed. Phone changes will not be accepted.

Custom orders require at least 6 weeks for a regular order and approximately 4 weeks for a rush order (from the date New Concepts acknowledges order receipt) for completion.

Due to the unlikely event that your custom order becomes damaged or lost due to forces beyond our control, New Concepts will do their best to substitute or remake at a nominal charge. However, New Concepts shall not be liable for any damages or loss due to force majeure; natural disaster; (fire, earthquake, flood, storm, explosion), epidemic or pandemic; terrorist acts or other civil unrest.

UPS is our primary carrier for overnight, 2-day and ground shipping. Prepaid customs receive complimentary Ground service shipping. All custom orders are shipped the same day of receipt; New Concepts cannot hold or re-ship any order.

Any piece that has been cut, colored, permed or altered in any way is non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom should be inspected immediately upon receipt for damage or defect: if found in such condition, it must be returned WITHIN 60 WORKING DAYS of receipt. After 60 days, the purchase becomes the responsibility of the retailer.
